There’s nothing like experiencing the incomparable thrill and power of orchestra music, and the violas are in the thick of it, physically and harmonically.

Beethoven, Brahms, Bach, Shostakovich — and Duke Ellington, Miles Davis, Marvin Gaye, Nelson Riddle/Frank Sinatra and Steve Winwood!

I write for the local community newspaper and elsewhere, including my own web site (lesterjacobson.com). And I spend a lot of great time with my almost-5-year-old grandson!
